Each HMC Billet machined-engraved hitch cover is precision machined from solid 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick. After machining, the hitch cover is anodized and returned to the CNC machine, where the design is precisely machined into the anodized surface, creating a permanent dimensional engraving in the aluminum.

Available Hitch Cover Sizes

This hitch cover is available in 4-inch round and 5-inch round sizes.

HMC Billet hitch covers are available for 1-1/4-inch, 2-inch, 2-1/2-inch, and 3-inch receivers. Measure the inside opening of your receiver to determine the correct size before ordering.

When you choose a 2-1/2-inch or 3-inch receiver option, it is included with your hitch cover. These larger receiver options have a different design and appearance than our standard 2-inch receiver option and are made for vehicles equipped with 2-1/2-inch or 3-inch receivers.
