My recent purchase of a custom HMC BILLET motorcycle TAG FRAME, by far exceeded my expectations. From the day that I ordered the frame to the day that I received the frame, the service department human being, live voice was in touch with me daily to let me know where my merchandise was. It truly was a pleasant experience from placing the order to just getting a phone call from the person that I place the order with, talking to him live man-to-man over the phone, but it’s just such a pleasant change versus computer generated Q&A surveys just not every company has the states. The human element in my opinion is extremely important when dealing with any company whether I am placing a one piece order or a 1000 piece order.
I would highly recommend HMC to family members, friends and my fellow veterans to expect to be treated with respect by knowledgeable And professional employees as well as management if needed.
