Each HMC Billet UV printed hitch cover is precision machined from 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick, featuring a powder-coated finish with a detailed, full-color image applied directly to the powder-coated billet.
Each UV printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat to seal and protect the printed surface.

Receiver Sizes and Fit
Choose the receiver size that matches your vehicle’s trailer hitch. Available receiver sizes are 1-1/4 inch, 2 inch, 2-1/2 inch, and 3 inch. To identify your size, measure the inside width and height of the receiver opening. The most common receiver size is 2 inch.

Hardware and Security
Each hitch cover is bolted to a powder-coated steel receiver and includes a standard zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter pin. A foam spacer is included on 2-inch receiver versions.
