Each HMC Billet machine-engraved hitch cover is precision machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick.
The manufacturing process uses two CNC machining operations. First, the shotgun shell is machined and the aluminum is anodized gold. After anodizing, the part returns to the CNC machine for a second operation that machines the goose design into the finished surface. This process creates a detailed, dimensional design that contrasts with the gold-anodized finish.

Receiver Sizes
HMC Billet hitch covers are available for 1-1/4-inch, 2-inch, 2-1/2-inch, and 3-inch receiver sizes. Measure the inside opening of your vehicle's hitch receiver to determine the correct size before ordering.
The 2-1/2-inch and 3-inch receiver options have a different design and appearance than the standard 2-inch receiver option and are intended for vehicles equipped with those larger receiver sizes.
