Each HMC Billet full-color hitch cover is precision machined from solid 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick, featuring a powder-coated finish with a detailed, full-color design applied to the billet.
The design is applied using UV printing to produce a detailed, full-color image directly on the powder-coated billet. An automotive clear coat is applied to help protect the printed surface.
