Each HMC Billet UV printed hitch cover is precision machined from 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick, featuring a powder-coated finish with a detailed, full-color design applied directly to the billet.
Each UV printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat to seal and protect the printed surface.

Receiver Sizes
HMC Billet hitch covers are available for 1-1/4-inch, 2-inch, 2-1/2-inch, and 3-inch receivers. Measure the inside opening of your receiver to determine the correct size before ordering.
When you choose a 2-1/2" or 3" receiver option, it is included with your hitch cover. These larger receiver options have a different design and appearance than our standard 2" receiver option and are made for vehicles equipped with 2-1/2" or 3" receivers.

Hardware and Security
Each hitch cover is assembled with a zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter-pin clip. A foam spacer is included on 2-inch receiver versions.
