Each HMC Billet UV printed hitch cover is precision machined from 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick. The design is applied using UV printing to produce a detailed, full-color image directly on the powder-coated billet. Each UV printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat.

Receiver Sizes

HMC Billet hitch covers are available for 1-1/4-inch, 2-inch, 2-1/2-inch, and 3-inch receivers. Measure the inside opening of your vehicle’s receiver to determine the correct size.

Hardware and Security

Each hitch cover is bolted to a powder-coated steel receiver and includes a standard zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter pin. A foam spacer is included on 2-inch receiver versions.
