Each HMC Billet hitch cover is precision machined from solid 6061 aluminum and is 3/8 inch thick. The cover has a durable black powder-coated finish, with the colorful artwork applied using UV printing. Each UV-printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat for added protection.

Receiver Sizes
Choose the receiver size that matches your vehicle: 1-1/4 inch, 2 inch, 2-1/2 inch, or 3 inch. To determine your receiver size, measure the inside width and height of the receiver opening. The 2-inch receiver is the most common size. The 2-1/2-inch and 3-inch options are less common and have a different appearance when installed. Hardware and Installation
Each hitch cover is bolted to a powder-coated steel receiver and includes a standard zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter pin. A foam spacer is included with 2-inch receiver versions to help provide a secure fit. For added security, we recommend using a hitch lock.
